Parents and guardians are requested to co-operate with theschool authorities in all matters concerning formation andeducation of their child. Parents are to look into the schooldiary everyday and see that lessons and home worksassigned for the next day done. Remarks made in the schooldiary by the principal or the teacher should be seen andcounter signed.

Criticism of child’s teacher or his/her school in the presenceof child should be avoided.

If the parents have any grievance against any of the teachers,they are advised to meet the principal and settle the matteramicably.

Parents can consult with the teachers on Wednesday andFriday at 11:20 am to 11:45 am. with the prior permission ofthe Principal or Vice Principal.

Please urge your wards to be regular and punctual inattendance and insist on neatness and cleanliness in theirbooks, exercise books and personal appearance.

No guardian is allowed to go in to any class room or goupstairs or meet their child in the school premises withoutthe specific permission from school authorities.

School precinct is nonsmoking area. Chewing pan andspitting is strictly forbidden in the school premises.

Attendants who bring children to school must comerespectably dressed and leave the school immediately.

Parents are requested to show the gate pass at the gate tothe security guard to avoid confusions.
