RULES OF THE SCHOOL

Students should arrive at the school 15 minutes before the Assembly. Soon after the assembly bell, the school gate will be locked and the late comers automatically go home at the

risk of parents / guardians.

All should be particularly careful not to throw paper or rubbish any where in the school premises. They should use the bins especially provided for the purpose.

Scribbling on the walls, desks and board is strictly forbidden.

Any damage done or caused either to the school or the fellow students should be made good by the pupil responsible for it.

Fancy item such as electronic gadgets (watches, toys,calculators, digital diaries walk-men, mobile phones etc.) are not permitted.

No students are allowed to bring any razor blades or sharp edged / pointed tools or weapons to the school.

School is not responsible for goods lost. Students are not allowed to bring any expensive article to school.

School diary should be brought to school daily. Magazines, Newspapers, etc. are not allowed to bring to the school.

Each article of the student should be marked with the pupil’s name class and sections.

Running, playing or shouting inside the school building and the Corridors is never allowed.

No Jewellery is to be worn in the school.

All students are expected to take an active part in all the co-curricular activities.

English shall be spoken at all time in the school premises by the students and teachers.

Students should treat others respectfully and are responsible for others good name. Calling nick -names, spreading rumours etc. are strictly forbidden.

Students are reminded to address their teachers and all the staff members with due respect and politeness (in their way to and from school they are expected to behave in a gentlemanly manner)

No student is allowed to leave the school premises during school hours or recess without the explicit written permission of the principal or vice-Principal. No child will be sent home

even if some urgent need arises. Unless a duly authorized person comes to fetch him/her with a note of authorization from the parents /guardian.

All home work should be done neatly and the days work always dated.

When communicating with the principal, parents or guardians are requested to mention in their letter, the names, class and section of their wards. 19. Smoking, chewing pan, chewing gum, betel-nut, tobacco etc.are strictly forbidden in the school premises.

The transportation of the children to and from the school isentirely the responsibility of the parents. The school will notentertain any complaint on this matter or be responsible inany way.

ABSENCE

Every absence (sick leaves or otherwise) must be enteredin the NON-ATTENDANCE AND LEAVE RECORD page ofthe School diary and signed by the parent or guardian.Repeated absence without leave application or unexplainedabsence for more than ten •consecutive days renders thestudent liable to have his/her name struck off the rolls.Readmission if granted, will be done on payment of a freshadmission fee. All leave must be applied for in writing to

principal/ Vice-principal.
